Meet Rachel

With over 12 years of experience in British curriculum education across the UK and UAE, I have dedicated my career to supporting young children and their families during the early years of education.

Before founding The Early Years Advisory, I spent 10 years working in Outstanding KHDA rated schools in Dubai, including senior leadership roles within the Foundation Stage. My experience spans child development, play based learning, curriculum development, school readiness and supporting children through important transitions.

Having worked closely with children, parents, teachers and school leadership teams, I understand how schools operate and the decisions families face when choosing the right educational environment for their child.

Today, through The Early Years Advisory, I bring this experience directly to families, providing independent guidance across Early Years development, assessments, nursery and school selection, admissions and preparation for school.

I believe that every child deserves to be understood as an individual and that families benefit from clear, informed and practical advice.
