With over 12 years of experience in British curriculum education across the UK and UAE, I have dedicated my career to supporting young children during the most important years of their development.
As an Early Years leader and Foundation Stage Coordinator, I have worked closely with children, families and educators across a wide range of settings and experiences. My expertise spans child development, play-based learning, early wellbeing, curriculum development, school readiness and transitions.
After 10 years working in Outstanding KHDA-rated schools in Dubai, I understand both the opportunities and challenges families face during the early years. Whether navigating the transition into nursery or school, understanding a child's development or considering the right next step, I recognise that every family's circumstances are different.
Meaningful relationships with families have always been at the heart of what I do. I believe children thrive when they are understood as individuals and parents feel most confident when they have clear, practical and personalised guidance. Through The Early Years Advisory, my aim is to help families better understand their child, make informed decisions and feel confident about the next steps.
